PRESIDENT | TOMASZ SZYPUŁA
Tomasz Szypuła – Born in 1962 in Wrocław, where he lived, studied, and was active in numerous sports organizations (he was a goalkeeper for WKS Śląsk Wrocław and a multiple member of the national junior team). He graduated from the Wrocław Technical School (specializing in machine construction) and the University of Economics (earning a Master’s degree in food industry engineering from the Faculty of Engineering and Economics). He then began his career as a sports activist with WKS Śląsk Wrocław and Polar Wrocław, and later developed as an entrepreneur.
He specializes in management, analysis, and leasing of commercial space, as well as the organization of trade fairs and conferences on an international scale. He is the President of Ptak Warsaw Expo’s Board (the largest trade and congress center in Central Europe). As the President of the Board of the National Federation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and the Association of Polish Clothing Manufacturers, he is actively involved in protecting the rights of Polish entrepreneurs. He also supports various organizations with his experience, including the Presidium of the National Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Council of the Łódź Voivodeship, the Polish-Turkish Business Council, and the Entrepreneurs’ Council at the Ombudsman for Small and Medium Enterprises.
Privately, he is a happy husband and father of two daughters.
VICE PRESIDENT | JERZY ROMAŃSKI
Jerzy Romański – A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, a marketing and consulting expert, entrepreneur, and publisher. He completed postgraduate studies in property management and obtained a property manager’s license. He is the Vice President of the Board of both the National Federation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and the National Chamber of Fairs, as well as the President of the Boards of the Łódź Federation of Merchants and the Rzgów Entrepreneurs Association – organizations representing the interests of businesses in the national SME sector.
He is an advocate for free yet transparent and fair market competition, the rule of law, limiting excessive state intervention in the economy, ensuring full legal and business subjectivity for entrepreneurs, and fostering partnership cooperation between entrepreneurs and state and local authorities.
Chief Operating OfficerKacper Tyczkowski
A graduate of the Lodz University of Technology. His thesis focused on various forms of financing business activities in the HoReCa sector within the SME sector. He is an active member of numerous associations and non-governmental organizations. He is the organizer of pro-social and sports events with a national and international reach.
Within the Federation, he comprehensively supervises the current operations and development of the National Federation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. He is responsible for communication and media relations.
