On 9-11 September 2025, during the 3rd edition of Warsaw Sweet Tech – the Trade Fair of Solutions for the Confectionery, Ice Cream, Café and Bakery Industry, alongside the 3rd edition of Warsaw Print-Tech Expo – Poland’s Largest Printing Industry Trade Fair, and the premiere edition of ProKitchen Expo – the Trade Fair of Equipment, Technologies and Installations for Professional Gastronomy, the Solemn Medal Ceremony took place.The event brought together manufacturers, distributors, industry experts and representatives of institutions connected with confectionery, printing and gastronomy, highlighting the importance of these fairs as a leading platform for knowledge exchange and the presentation of modern solutions.

Strong representation of the confectionery, printing and gastronomy industries
The 3rd edition of Warsaw Sweet Tech showcased modern solutions for the confectionery, ice cream, bakery and café industries – from innovative machines and raw materials to the latest production and sales trends. The 3rd edition of Warsaw Print-Tech Expo attracted leaders of the printing market who presented digital technologies, machines and materials. The premiere edition of ProKitchen Expo featured innovative equipment and technologies for professional gastronomy, emphasizing the growing importance of efficiency in this sector.
