Awards Ceremony – prestigious medals for industry leaders during SOLAR ENERGY EXPO, WORLD OF BUILD EXPO and PLAC BUDOWY EXPO
On 13–15 January 2026, the Ptak Warsaw Expo hosted the Solemn Medal Ceremony, during which prestigious trade fair awards were presented to leaders of industries related to construction, outdoor architecture, renewable energy sources, building technologies and materials, as well as equipment and organisation of construction sites. The event marked the culmination of co-located trade fairs: SOLAR ENERGY EXPO (5th edition), WORLD OF BUILD EXPO (2nd edition) and PLAC BUDOWY EXPO (premiere edition). The ceremony brought together manufacturers, distributors and technology integrators, architects, designers, contractors, investors, as well as representatives of industry institutions and the media. It highlighted the importance of the January cycle of events at Ptak Warsaw Expo as a platform for presenting innovations, trends and solutions for the modern construction and energy sector.
Strong representation of industry and technology
This year’s cycle presented a comprehensive and cross-sectional offer for the construction, architectural and energy sectors – from construction materials and technologies, through outdoor architecture, spatial development and design, to renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, and the organisation, logistics and safety of construction sites; SOLAR ENERGY EXPO (5th edition) showcased photovoltaics, energy storage, energy management systems and electromobility, WORLD OF BUILD EXPO (2nd edition) focused on construction technologies and materials, construction chemicals, insulation and structural systems, while PLAC BUDOWY EXPO (premiere edition) presented comprehensive construction site equipment, OHS solutions, temporary facilities, logistics and technologies supporting efficiency and sustainable development.

The awards were presented by Kazimierz Ćwikła, Dariusz Drąg, Paweł Babski and Jerzy Romański. The Medal Ceremony was a symbolic emphasis of partnership and the role of trade fairs as a space for knowledge exchange and the promotion of the highest industry standards.
